How does the monthly reporting cycle work?
Livella supports the 26th-to-25th operating cycle used for monthly GMV and commission reporting, alongside daily and custom date ranges.
Does the free trial start automatically?
No. Every new company starts on Free. An Owner or Admin can deliberately activate the company’s one 14-day Starter or Growth trial.
Can live hosts see other hosts’ data?
No. Host access is limited to the host’s own performance. Owners and authorised management roles can review the wider team.
Can I cancel a paid subscription?
Yes. An Owner or Admin can turn off renewal from Billing. Access continues until the end of the paid period and no further renewal is charged.
