Livella is a subscription software service operated by THE FINEST TOUCH EMPIRE in Malaysia. This policy explains how we handle information when a company or its authorised users use Livella.
2. Information we collect
We collect information needed to create, secure and operate a company workspace.

Account information such as name, business email and authentication records.

Company, shop, team-role and live-host profile information.
•
Live-session performance data entered or imported by authorised users.
•
Billing records, subscription status and payment references. Livella does not store full card numbers.
•
Technical and security information such as timestamps, device or browser details, and audit activity where available.
3. How we use information
We use information to provide dashboards and analysis, calculate commission estimates, secure accounts, synchronise data, support customers, administer subscriptions, prevent misuse and comply with applicable obligations.
4. Service providers and payments
We use trusted service providers to run Livella, including Supabase for database and authentication, Expo for application hosting, and payment providers such as Stripe or Billplz when enabled. These providers process information under their own security and privacy terms.
5. Data access and sharing
Company data is visible only to authorised members according to their role. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect the service, or to professional advisers and service providers that help us operate it.
6. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet contractual or legal obligations, resolve disputes and maintain security records. We use access controls and encrypted service connections, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of eligible information. Some business, billing or audit records may need to be retained where required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or dispute purposes.
