1. The service
Livella, operated by THE FINEST TOUCH EMPIRE, provides tools for companies to record and analyse TikTok Shop and Shopee Live host performance. Livella is an independent service and is not endorsed by or affiliated with TikTok or Shopee.
2. Company accounts and authorised users
The person creating a workspace confirms that they are authorised to act for the company. The company is responsible for its users, role assignments, submitted data, account security and keeping account information accurate.
3. Free plan and trials
Every new company starts on Free. A trial does not begin automatically. Each company may activate one 14-day trial of Starter or Growth; Scale is not trial-eligible. Starting a trial does not by itself charge a payment method. When an unpaid trial ends, access returns to the applicable Free or read-only state based on account usage.
4. Paid subscriptions and renewal
Paid plans are billed in Malaysian Ringgit for the period shown at checkout. Stripe card subscriptions renew automatically unless renewal is cancelled. Billplz FPX payments are one-time payments and require a new bill for each paid period. Applicable taxes or provider charges may be added where required.
5. Cancellation
For an automatically renewing Stripe subscription, an authorised Owner or Admin may cancel renewal from the Billing area. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Billplz FPX payments do not auto-renew. Access remains available until the displayed end date.
6. Customer data
The company retains responsibility for the accuracy, legality and permitted use of data it enters into Livella. The company grants us the limited permission needed to host, process and display that data to provide the service.
7. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security, submit unlawful or infringing content, reverse engineer restricted parts of the service, or use Livella to harm another person or business.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep Livella available and accurate, but the service may occasionally be interrupted or changed for maintenance, security, compliance or product improvement. Analysis and commission figures are operational estimates and should be checked against official platform and company records.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Livella is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or specific commercial results. We are not responsible for indirect losses, platform outages, or decisions made solely from estimated analytics. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
